You will know about:      

+  any accidents happened to the car,
any body parts got fixed/repainted

+  engine, gearbox and rest of the systems' health

+  how it looks underneath: chassis and suspension integrity, oil/coolant leaks,
if something has been opened or changed

+  interior condition, presence of airbags,
if the car has been flooded

+  computer diagnostic faults, odometer roll-backs

+  how it drives

As the inspection goes you will be receiving
detailed videos about each and every fault
found in the car, with a commentaries being
understandable to any person.
